Refund policy

Return Policy: 

We want you to love your purchase! Please note we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Exchangeable / Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
    •    Jewelry
    •    Swimwear
    •    Activewear
    •    Accessories (including hats, bags, scarves, etc.)

Your order number is displayed on both ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Shipment Confirmation’ emails.

We will reduce the label costs, off your return (e.g., if your order is $100 and the return label costs $7 – your total refund would be $93)

It may take up to 5-7 business days to process a return after it has been received by our team. Your item(s) must be returned in the original packaging in brand new, sellable condition with tags still attached.

Your package needs to be post-marked on or before 30 days after your online purchase in order to receive a credit
